A youth group has urged the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as well as school owners to alleviate the plight of students and their parents who are gravely affected by the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak by suspending online classes and revoking all approved tuition fee increases.
