Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Año on Monday cited all the 142 local chief executives in Central Luzon, Southern Tagalog, Region IV-B and Metro Manila for taking the lead and being physically present in their respective turfs during the Taal Volcano eruption.
