Parccom asked to be ‘eyes and ears’ of gov’t in addressing concerns of farmer-beneficiaries

Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary John Castriciones has urged chairpersons of the Provincial Agrarian Reform Coordinating Committee (Parccom) to strengthen reports from the local level to help expedite the concerns and issues of farmer-beneficiaries.
