State universities and colleges must craft a land use development and infrastructure plan (LUDIP), including dormitories for students and housing sites for employees, based on a new law signed by President Duterte.
Under Republic Act No.11396, the SUCs governing boards must prepare and implement such development blueprint “to improve and optimally utilize their resources.”
