The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said it will begin a probe on a netizen who allegedly made a rape threat against Frankie Pangilinan, daughter of Sen. Francis Pangilinan and megastar Sharon Cuneta, who recently made headlines for speaking up against rape and sexual violence against women which sparked the #HijaAko online movement.
