The Chinese government, through its Embassy and Consulate in the Philippines, has donated 20,000 packs of “Friendship Rice” to several provinces and cities in Northern Luzon as part of the COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic relief and in conjunction with the 45th anniversary of the Philippines-China diplomatic relations.
