BAGUIO CITY – The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center reported that John Batulan, 38, a nurse at the BGHMC Psychiatric Ward and his brother Jeffrey Batulan, 32, were cleared to go home on Tuesday afternoon (June 16), after two consecutive swabs tested negative.
