Mayor Benjamin Magalong issued a memorandum requiring the city’s 128 barangays to regularly monitor and render a report on residents and visitors, both Filipinos and foreigners, in their areas of jurisdiction with travel histories to Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)-critical countries like China, Hongkong and Macau from December 2019 to the present.
